After having toured the Belgian concert circuit throughout the 80's, the band took advantage of the covid-19 pandemic to reform and return to the studio.

On September 15, 2023, Hotel du Globe released their first EP "Introspection", and signed a distribution and mastering contract with the independent British label Glasstone Records (Partner of PIAS - Play it again Sam - and Rough Trade)
